Orders & delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 3 days of being placed.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you tracking details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major debit and credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Returns & refunds
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Email us at info@adalexglobal.com to start a return. If you're a UK consumer, you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Is anything non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons, opened personal care products (such as hair care) can't be returned unless faulty. Gift cards can't be returned.

Practical home and storage essentials (jumbo storage bags, kitchen and bath mats, tablecloths and place mats), insulated cool bags, baby and toddler products (grip socks, crawling knee pads, rattles and stacking cups), toys, African dashiki clothing for adults and kids, and IJE botanical hair care.
Do you sell on Amazon too?
Yes, many of our products are also available on Amazon UK.
Do you have a physical shop?
No, we're an online store.
